Instructions for Speakers and Authors

Speakers

All rooms will be equipped with a computer and a data projector (beamer) for PowerPoint presentations.
Speakers are requested to give their powerpoint presentation before the beginning of the session to the technician present in the room.

Poster Session Thursday 19 November at 17.30-19.00

Instructions

Posters must be mounted on the morning of the meeting (between 09.00-10.00) and remain on display for the full two days of the meeting. Material for mounting posters will be provided in the poster area.

Authors

Authors are requested to be present during the poster viewing on Thursday 19 November at 17.30-19.00.



Detailed instructions for preparing posters will be available in due course.
